A small, hand-held pilot for family caregivers in North Broward.
Clover Care Navigator is a community-based service from Clover's Group. The pilot runs with twenty volunteer caregivers in Deerfield Beach, Pompano, Coral Springs and nearby North Broward and South Palm Beach communities. We're testing a simpler way to find local help — before opening it more widely.

Eight condensed printable guides and eleven refill sheets. Fill them in on your phone, print, or save a PDF. Everything stays on your device.
Grace, your AI care navigator
A warm AI assistant trained to answer caregiving questions in plain language. Grace is clearly identified as AI and never pretends to be a clinician.
Encouragement and faith (optional)
A rotating library of gentle encouragements in English and Spanish — faith-focused or general, your choice.
What you can expect
- Caregivers in the pilot zone can use every feature without creating an account.
- We will not store medical details, medications, or diagnoses from any form.
- Referrals you submit are kept only long enough to close the loop (90 days max).
- The Caregiver Binder lives entirely on your device — nothing is uploaded unless you choose Share with Family.
- You can email us anytime to delete any referral or feedback you sent.
Who this pilot is for
Family caregivers helping an aging parent, spouse, grandparent or adult child in North Broward or South Palm Beach County. You do not need medical training, a computer, or an account — a phone and a cup of coffee is enough.
If you live outside the pilot zone, you're welcome to look around and keep the Caregiver Binder forever — but local resource matches may be sparse. For caregivers anywhere in the US, 211 is a free 24/7 helpline for community resources.
How to join the pilot
Reach Patrick King, pilot coordinator for Clover's Group. We'll ask one or two short questions to confirm you're caregiving in the service area, send a quick start note, and check in once a month.
